Restoring North Haven Smiles
Over time teeth become stained, cracked, chipped, and decayed. Our professionals offer a variety of restorative procedures to rehabilitate the form and function of your teeth. Since no two mouths are the same, we use a wide selection of materials in combination with a personalized treatment plan to restore the function and appearance of your smile.
Dental Crowns & Bridges
A crown is designed to cover the remaining structure of an individual in order to restore its function and appearance. Customized crowns are made from a variety of materials to match the aesthetic and oral habits of each individual. For example, a patient who grinds their teeth may opt for a more durable material such as porcelain-fused-to-metal. Crowns can also compose dental bridges which are designed to durably replace missing teeth. Our dentists present various restorative options and work with patients to determine which best suits their needs.
Tooth Colored Fillings
Previously, the only material available to fill cavities was silver amalgam. This left patients with unsightly metallic restorations. The dental industry has come a long way since then. Today, we use high quality composite resin to fill cavities. Not only is this material more durable than silver amalgam, it is also available in many different shades that can be used to precisely match the color of your natural teeth. This enables our dentists to provide fillings that are practically invisible to the naked eye.
Full & Partial Dentures
Dentures offer a reliable and cost effective way to replace significant tooth loss. We offer a variety of denture options to provide patients with the highest level of comfort and ease of care. Full dentures replace the entire upper or lower row of teeth whereas partial dentures are designed to replace a few consecutive missing teeth. Both denture types can be cemented in place, or removable. Moreover, we provide dentures made to snap onto dental implants for added retention and comfort. We will work with you to determine which option is best.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
Sometimes one treatment isn't enough to get your state of oral health to where you want it to be. In cases like these, our doctors will work with you to devise a plan that is comprised of multiple services. In dentistry, there is never a one-size-fits-all approach. As such, Dr. Joe or Dr. Ted may present several different treatment plans to you and let you decide which one most closely represents desires.
